Seymour has been named the National High School Girls Track & Field Coach of the Year by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

Representing the Shelby County-Municipal CORE region, Dr. De La Cruz joins a distinguished group of educators from across the state who exemplify excellence in teaching and leadership.

Dr. De La Cruz is one of 27 semi-finalists in the running for Tennessee Teacher of the Year.

Collierville Schools is proud to announce that all nine of its schools have been honored with the Capturing Kids' Hearts (CKH) Rising Star Award.

Mr. Heinrich, currently the vice principal at Collierville High School, will succeed Mrs. Anita Swindle, who announced her retirement earlier this spring.

Collierville claims all five world qualifying spots from Tennessee at the state championships last weekend.

At the February Board of Education Business Meeting, Collierville Schools granted tenure to 35 educators who met the requirements.

Collierville is one of only 100 districts nationwide that has seen a full recovery in both reading and math and are outpacing prepandemic levels.
