About The Transition Academy
The CHS Transition Academy utilizes a supported employment model to place students in appropriate work, community, and school settings.

The Transition Academy's student individual schedules are designed based on their employment and skills training assessments. The daily schedule is also individualized to meet their needs dependent on the diploma being pursued.

Collierville High School students in the Transition Academy have the opportunity to participate in Community Based Instruction and Work Based Learning.
