Collierville Schools Named a CKH National Showcase District Award Winner

Collierville, Tenn. — Collierville Schools has been named a 2025–2026 Capturing Kids’ Hearts® (CKH) National Showcase Schools District Award winner, a national honor recognizing districts that demonstrate a strong commitment to building safe, supportive, and relationship-centered school environments.
The recognition reflects the district’s consistent and intentional implementation of the Capturing Kids’ Hearts Process, which focuses on strengthening relationships, building trust, and creating a positive culture for students and staff alike.
“This recognition speaks to the heart of who we are as a district,” said Dr. Russell Dyer, Director of Schools. “When students and staff feel valued, supported, and connected, great things happen. We’re proud of the work happening across Collierville Schools to make relationships the foundation of everything we do.”
In addition to the district honor, eight Collierville schools have been recognized individually as Capturing Kids’ Hearts National Showcase Schools, a designation awarded to campuses that exemplify excellence in relationship-driven practices:

- Collierville Elementary School
- Collierville Middle School
- Crosswind Elementary School
- Schilling Farms Elementary School
- Sycamore Elementary School
- Tara Oaks Elementary School
- West Collierville Middle School
As part of the recognition, Collierville Schools will receive a commemorative National Showcase Heart to be displayed at the district office, symbolizing its dedication to fostering meaningful connections and a positive school culture. This honor underscores Collierville Schools’ continued focus on creating environments where relationships drive learning and where students and staff can thrive.
