Purpose
To celebrate employees who go above and beyond their basic job requirements, positively impacting student learning and/or making exceptional contributions to the district.

Eligibility
All Collierville Schools employees

Nomination Criteria
Nominees must demonstrate impact beyond routine duties in at least one category:

1. Student Learning & Growth: Improves student engagement, achievement, or well-being through innovative practices.
2. District-Wide Contribution: Leads or supports initiatives that benefit multiple schools or the district.
3. Exceptional Service: Resolves major challenges or provides extraordinary assistance to colleagues or families.
4. Community Engagement: Builds partnerships or organizes events that strengthen school-community ties.

Submission Deadlines
All nominations must be submitted by the 15th of each month by 11:59 PM to be considered for recognition the following month. One employee will be selected for the award each month. For example, a March nominee must be submitted by February 15th at 11:59 PM. All submissions on the 16th would start the process for the following month.

February 15th – Recognized in March
March 15th – Recognized in April
April 15th – Recognized in May
OFF in May, June, July, August
September 15th – Recognized in October
October 15th – Recognized in November
November 15th – Recognized in December
December 15th – Recognized in January
