Branding Guidelines

Branding Guidelines

In an effort to maintain clear, concise, and consistent branding in all school district publications, Collierville Schools has developed guidelines for written and electronic communications.

These guidelines apply to any item bearing the district or school logos. These guidelines are intended to be used for both internal and external communication.

These guidelines presented here are not meant to dictate all design decisions, but to aid in the creation of printed and digital materials to convey a consistent image to the public.

Official District Colors

Maroon and white are the primary colors for the district, while gray is a secondary color. Green and yellow serve as accent colors to be found in the district logo and the district badge. The use of these colors and district logos should be consistent in all internal and external communications to strengthen the Collierville Schools brand.

Email Signatures

As an official form of communication in the District, all employees are to abide by the Collierville Schools branded signature. The image below is an example of the Central Office signature. Signatures should not include any additional elements, such as quotes, backgrounds, scripture, or other logos. Questions and assistance needed regarding the Central Office signature can be directed to Jen Hannah at jhannah@colliervilleschools.org.

All nine of Collierville's schools have specialized signatures for that particular school. Please contact your ITF or STS for assistance with your staff signature.
